Natalia Leite is an artist and filmmaker, born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She studied at the San Francisco Art Institute and began her career showcasing multi-media art and films in galleries and independent movie theaters, such as the Artist Television Access and Film Arts Foundation. After moving to New York, she worked as a Producer on documentaries, music videos, and several web-episodes for Paper Magazine. Her latest short film Dash, which she wrote and directed, screened at the Brooklyn Art Council Film Series and the Palm Beach International Film Festival in 2009. She is a recipient of the Kodak Grant Award 2003. Most recently, Natalia worked alongside Director Carole Hart, as the Associate Producer for the newly released documentary For the Next 7 Generations.
